Tool Specifications & Descriptions: We make every effort to display the technical specifications, motor ratings, torque outputs, battery capacities, and physical colours of our tools as accurately as possible. However, actual colours viewed on your monitor or display screen may differ slightly from the physical item.
Availability & Modifications: All products are subject to stock availability. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our power tools or services to any person, household, or geographic region. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or modify specifications at any time without prior liability.

3. Pricing, Orders, & Billing Accuracy

Pricing & VAT: All prices displayed on our website are shown in British Pounds (GBP £) and include statutory UK Value Added Tax (VAT at 20%). Prices are subject to change without notice; however, any price changes will not affect orders that have already received an official order confirmation.
Order Acceptance & Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will notify you by contacting the email address or billing phone number supplied at the time the order was created.
Account & Payment Details: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, delivery, and billing information for all orders submitted through our storefront. You agree to promptly update your email, delivery address, and payment card details so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

4. Shipping, Delivery, & Logistics

Deliveries are executed in accordance with our standalone Shipping & Delivery Policy.
We ship exclusively within the United Kingdom with Free Standard Shipping on all orders.
Standard handling takes 1 to 2 business days (Monday – Friday), followed by 3 to 5 business days transit time via Royal Mail, Evri, or DPD UK. The total estimated delivery timeframe is 4 to 7 business days. Orders placed before our daily 2:00 PM GMT cut-off will begin processing on the same business day.

5. Returns, Refunds, & Cancellations

Your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and Consumer Rights Act are strictly observed.
All returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our dedicated Return and Refund Policy and Exchange Policy.
Customers have a 30-day window from receipt of delivery to initiate a return. We offer free returns for both defective items and customer change-of-mind, zero restocking fees, pre-paid downloadable return labels, and replacements dispatched immediately upon the carrier scanning the return shipment. Refunds are completed within 10 business days following warehouse inspection.

6. Power Tool Safety & Intended Use

Operational Responsibility: Power tools (including Combi Drills, Right-Angle Drills, and SDS-Plus Rotary Hammers) must be operated strictly in accordance with the manufacturer's instruction manuals, using proper personal protective equipment (PPE) such as eye protection, ear defenders, and safety gloves.
Liability Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Fulham DIY shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential injury, property loss, or mechanical failure resulting from tool misuse, unauthorised machine modifications, improper electrical charging, or failure to follow supplied operation manuals.

7. Intellectual Property

All content published on this website—including tool photography, logos, graphic assets, product copy, and website styling—is the intellectual property of Fulham DIY and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. No part of this site may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, or exploited without express written permission from Fulham DIY.
